After the successful sale of HOLMRIS B8 to Mentha Capital B.V., our sights are now aimed at future expansion plans.
To this end, former minority shareholder HOLMRIS B8 has acquired Norwegian HOLMRIS/FormFunk with offices and a showroom in Oslo, Norway.
This has given HOLMRIS B8 a well-established organization in Norway that provides services to large companies in the Oslo area as well as to hotels and restaurants.
The acquired company is an ideal match in light of HOLMRIS B8’s plans for international expansion, serving customer segments that complement the customer portfolio of the rest of the company.
HOLMRIS/FormFunk has a staff of 20 and operates out of its ultramodern showroom in Oslo. We are delighted that acting-CEO of HOLMRIS/FormFunk Gisle Enger Ullbråten will continue within the organization as a member of the ownership base of the acquiring company, HOLMRIS B8.
