HOLMRIS B8 acquires Lindelöf (also known as AB Evert Lindelöf), a strong Stockholm-based interior design company, to further strengthen the pan-Nordic position.
We are happy to announce that HOLMRIS B8 has acquired the shares in Lindelöf. Lindelöf and HOLMRIS B8 have known each other from the market for many years and share similar values in which employees are the central point. Both companies have been owned by their founding families for generations, and now join forces to increase the business opportunities in Sweden.
Lindelöf will continue in today’s form and over time be fully integrated in HOLMRIS B8 working aligned with the HOLMRIS B8 route-to-market and offering.
“We have been impressed by Lindelöf’s strong presence in the Swedish market and we strongly believe that we can grow the business together even further. Lindelöf is grounded in values very similar to HOLMRIS B8, focused on results-driven and ultimate solutions for our clients, while creating an inspiring culture for our customers. Together with Lindelöf’s strong reputation and track record in the market, we look forward to the future cooperation”, says Flemming Windfeld, CEO at HOLMRIS B8.
Johan Bjurling, CEO at Lindelöf adds: ”We see that HOLMRIS B8 is a perfect match for Lindelöf, and we are proud to now be in the HOLMRIS B8 group. HOLMRIS B8’s strong position and strong offering will create great added value for our customers and partners. This is an obvious step for us and will be decisive for Lindelöf’s continued growth in Sweden.”
The Swedish organization will be the gate into Sweden for HOLMRIS B8, and Johan Bjurling will continue in the role as Head of the Swedish organization. The rest of the Lindelöf organization will also continue and handle all HOLMRIS B8 activities in Sweden.
“I want to express my gratitude to our amazing employees and loyal customers who have contributed to our success so far. Together with HOLMRIS B8, we look forward to continuing to deliver value and solutions. We are convinced that this collaboration will lead to even greater success and opportunities for all parties involved,” Johan Bjurling continues.
The acquisition of Lindelöf gives HOLMRIS B8 a presence in the three Nordic markets, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. With current strong positions in our respective segments in the markets, we look forward to growing the business together.
