Focus on outdoor learning and community
Located at Kløvermarken on Amager, Nordøstamager School is a modern, three-track public school. The school features a sports hall and after-school facilities and integrates outdoor learning principles, enhancing students’ well-being and development.
Designed by KJAER & RICHTER and Christensen & CO Architects, the school also serves as a neighborhood hub and gathering place for the local community.
HOLMRIS B8 supplied all loose furniture for the project, with Winnie Gludsted from WinDesign creating inspiring classroom interiors. Marianne Houen Schmidt from REmakers designed the administration, meeting, and staff rooms to support learning and community engagement.
