PKA Ejendomme

A new home for green values

PKA Ejendomme, part of the PKA community, manages and develops a property portfolio of approximately 200 investment properties across Denmark. With a strong focus on the green transition and social responsibility, these values have driven the creation of their new headquarters.

In close collaboration with PKA Ejendomme and interior designer Annette Hayden from FormCph, we have created a workplace where aesthetics and functionality blend seamlessly.

Upcycling and recycling as key elements
We supplied all loose furniture and contributed unique acoustic panels from Norto and a:gain, made from upcycled wood waste, including remnants from window production.

A key aspect of the project was the reuse of existing furniture. High tables, café tables, and coffee tables have been given a new lease on life with new surfaces made of linoleum and cork. The result is an interior that is functional and inviting and reflects PKA Ejendomme’s strong values and commitment to a greener future.
