Grenland’s Most Stylish Office Spaces
In the heart of Grenland, Yara International has enhanced its working environment through an impressive project in Building 25. HOLMRIS B8 Norway is proud to have been a part of this transformation alongside IARK.
Yara’s organization was previously spread across several buildings in the industrial park, but now approximately 160 people are gathered in one location. The project “Better Together” was successfully completed with the move-in during November/December.
Industrial Design and Unity
Yara wanted a modest, industrial design that did not compromise on functionality. By choosing energy-efficient solutions and materials, the interior, ventilation, and climate systems were selected with durability in mind. With open layouts and light flooding the spaces, Yara now has a workplace that promotes both individual concentration and collective collaboration. – “We are definitely better together,” says Jan-Fredrik Arnulf, Project Manager at Yara, emphasizing how the new offices have strengthened unity and teamwork within the organization.
